ABOUT THE WORKPLACE CLIMATE SURVEY
Every week, news outlets report on discriminatory incidents at companies, agencies, and firms across the United States. To better understand and more strategically address DEI challenges at work, the USC Race and Equity Center has developed the DEI Assessment for Workplace Climate (DAWC). Our survey elicits perspectives from employees of all levels on ways they experience the organizational climate and culture. Participation signals organizational commitment to understanding diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging realities at work and provides leaders with better information and more data informed guidance for improving the culture for everyone.
